For security, platform, and engineering teams, adopting hardened images is not just about reducing vulnerabilities. It is also about having the right support model in place to deploy, operationalize, and maintain those images across real-world environments.
Minimus Enterprise includes dedicated support, contractual SLAs, technical enablement, and ongoing customer success guidance to help organizations get the most value from secure, minimal container images. From onboarding and implementation to vulnerability remediation and roadmap collaboration, Minimus works closely with Enterprise customers to support both day-to-day operations and long-term security goals.
Minimus Enterprise includes 24x7 support for our customers and partners, with a dedicated customer success team who is familiar with each customer’s environment, deployment model, and security objectives. Minimus has support team members across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Contractual SLAs for Availability, Response, and Remediation
Unlike traditional image providers that place the responsibility for vulnerability management entirely on engineering and security teams, Minimus continuously monitors, rebuilds, and maintains secure minimal container images designed to reduce vulnerability exposure before workloads reach production.
Minimus maintains a 99.9% service availability target and provides defined vulnerability remediation commitments based on severity. Critical and high severity vulnerabilities, for example, are remediated within 2 calendar days from the availability of an upstream fix. Vulnerabilities identified as active exploits in the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog are prioritized and remediated within 1 calendar day from upstream fix availability. Minimus also commits to incorporating new upstream image releases within 7 calendar days of their original release.
These commitments provide security and platform teams with predictable remediation timelines and reduce the operational burden associated with continuously monitoring, triaging, and patching container image vulnerabilities.
Every Minimus Enterprise customer is partnered with a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Customer Success Engineer (CSE) throughout the duration of their contract. The CSM and CSE work closely with engineering, platform, and security teams to understand organizational goals, guide implementation, and ensure Minimus is successfully integrated into existing development and security workflows.
Customer Success begins with defining implementation goals, success criteria, and an onboarding plan tailored to the organization's environment. The Minimus team provides technical guidance throughout deployment and helps teams operationalize the platform across development pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and security processes.
Enterprise customers receive comprehensive product training focused on Minimus capabilities, recommended workflows, and operational best practices. Training is designed to help teams understand how to use the platform effectively and incorporate hardened images into their existing software delivery processes.
Minimus provides ongoing customer engagement through regular cadence meetings focused on onboarding progress, adoption, technical enablement, and platform optimization. Meeting frequency and structure are determined based on customer requirements, with the goal of providing the appropriate level of guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
Customer Success also manages feature requests and product feedback. Requests are reviewed with Product and Engineering teams, and customers receive visibility into request status, acceptance decisions, expected timelines, and enablement when new capabilities become available.
Enterprise customers have direct access to Minimus support engineers who assist with issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution. Customers can engage with the Minimus team through email, phone, Zoom, and Slack.
As part of ongoing partnership, Enterprise customers participate in roadmap discussions with Minimus Product, Engineering, and Management teams. These sessions provide visibility into upcoming platform capabilities and allow customer feedback to inform future development priorities.
Enterprise customers also have access to a comprehensive Knowledge Base containing technical documentation, self-service articles, and implementation guides. Minimus documentation is available to both Enterprise and Community customers at docs.minimus.io.
Customers can review historical service availability through the Minimus Status page and learn more about security, compliance, and operational commitments through the Minimus Trust Center.
Minimus Community Edition makes it easy to try our minimal, hardened container images for free, with access to the entire Minimus image gallery and no registration required.
